The lifting anchor magnet is a crucial component of the prefabricated component. It generates a magnetic field through the principle of electromagnetic induction and utilizes the adsorption force of the magnetic field to achieve the lifting and handling of ferromagnetic objects. To guarantee the long-term stable operation and service life of the lifting anchor magnet, the following measures should be taken:

Try to evade physical damage - The lifting magnet should avoid impacts and improper operations during usage, as they can cause damage to the magnet and thereby reduce its effectiveness.

Pay attention to temperature variations and control the temperature limit - Lifting electromagnets are sensitive to temperature changes. Exceeding the limit temperature may lead to a temporary or permanent weakening of the magnet's strength. If the magnet is damaged due to high temperatures, it might need to be remagnetized to return to its original state. The working temperature of the suspended workpiece should not exceed 80 °C to prevent the magnet's performance from being affected by high temperatures.

Provide waterproof protection - Industrial magnets should avoid the erosion of water. Water may penetrate the magnet frame, resulting in weakened performance. Ensure that the magnet is sealed and waterproof.

Carry out cleaning and maintenance - Regularly clean the surface of the lifting magnet, especially the bottom working face, to keep it clean and extend its service life. Avoid rust, bumps, etc., which may affect the lifting performance.

Check the handle lock device - Verify that the handle lock device is functioning effectively to ensure safety when using the permanent magnet jack.

Conduct inspection and maintenance - Regularly check the flexibility of each component to maintain the flexibility of use. When idle, it is best to coat the bottom surface with oil for protection and wipe it clean before use.

Replace important parts - Regularly check the wear degree of important parts such as lifting hooks, wire ropes, brakes, and replace them in a timely manner.
